Role Overview:
The Patient Services team is dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience through prompt, precise, and professional handling of patient inquiries, concerns, and issues.

Location:
This position is situated within the GEDC Practice Support Center, requiring daily attendance at the office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document and report on patient interactions, complaints, and resolutions in the designated systems.
- Address and resolve patient issues independently or escalate them to the Patient Services Team Lead and Supervisor as necessary.
- Assist patients in a timely and efficient manner regarding their inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with the Patient Services Manager to facilitate the resolution of clinical issues.

Communication and Reporting:
- Ensure timely tracking and reporting of customer service activities to relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze trends in patient service encounters and provide recommendations for improvements to the Team Lead and Supervisor.

Knowledge and Compliance:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the services offered by providers in each region.
- Adhere to applicable Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as the Great Expressions Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple healthcare platforms while assisting patients.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in dental or medical billing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is essential.
