  • Provide application and technical support for the product line, including triage and troubleshooting for product clients
  • Monitor systems for data quality, efficiency, operation, and data integrity, escalating issues and problems as needed
  • Provide system analysis, design, development, documentation, and configuration, as well as testing and training of the product
  • Ensure that applications are optimally planned, documented, validated, adhere to standards, and maintained

Requirements:

  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1 year recent relevant experience
  • Working knowledge of data and application development lifecycle methodologies
  • Proficient knowledge of healthcare operations and structure
  • Proficient knowledge of Health Level 7 (HL7) and Extensible Markup Language (XML) messaging standards and structure
  • Intermediate understanding of downstream applications and core systems integration
  • Ability to set priorities and prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner
  • Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups
