Job SummaryThe Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for managing the front office operations, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience. This includes greeting guests, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the front office operations, ensuring that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures, including verifying guest information and processing payments.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, ensuring that they are providing excellent customer service and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean and organized.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- One year of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and move around the front desk area.
