**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and scheduling
  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and presentations
  • Manage office systems and maintain a clean and organized office environment
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations

**Requirements:**

  • QuickBooks Online
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Previous office experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
