The base salary for this role is determined by experience and location, ranging from $76,186.00 to $95,233.00.

Key Responsibilities:
The Lead Analyst for Financial & Operations Management will spearhead the development and analysis of financial and operational plans for Networks Operations. This includes:

  • Consulting with senior leadership to align on business objectives and initiatives that drive success in Networks Operations.
  • Collaborating across all levels of the Operations organization to enhance efficiencies and support daily financial and operational needs.
  • Focusing on increasing profitability, delivering value, and supporting informed decision-making.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A robust understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements across various states.
  • Expertise in accounting practices and investment planning.
  • Experience in operational activities.

Major Duties:
In this role, you will:

  • Guide and assess the preparation of financial and operational plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive capital and operating expense analyses for management review on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Develop data sets and ad-hoc reports that provide insights and forecasts to optimize performance.
  • Define and implement action plans to ensure the achievement of financial and operational targets.
  • Utilize a fundamental understanding of Networks Operations workflows to influence and challenge functional areas, ensuring that procedures and policies yield optimal financial outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between Operations and corporate areas, fostering mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Engage with diverse stakeholder groups, including regulatory bodies, senior leadership, corporate partners, and front-line management.
  • Support Networks Operations functional areas and contribute to shaping effective financial and operational strategies.

Education & Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred. Alternatively, an Associate's Degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience or a High School Diploma/Equivalent with 10 years of relevant experience is required.
