Position Summary

The Financial Cost Analyst acts as a strategic financial partner to operational and plant leadership. Reporting to the Site Controller, this role is essential in evaluating cost efficiencies within a multifaceted plant setting. This position offers visibility to senior management and opportunities for professional advancement within our extensive organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct monthly financial closings, analyses, and reporting
  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts
  • Maintain and analyze the site's standard costs
  • Participate in cycle counts and annual physical inventory
  • Possess knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, and OSHA regulations
  • Perform daily general accounting tasks
Required Qualifications
  • Preferred 4+ years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience; a degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
  • Familiarity with BPCS system is preferred

Compensation Range: $68,300 - $97,550
