As a Strategic Business Planning Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing annual and long-term sponsor partnership strategies to achieve collection goals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement creative strategies to attract, sell, manage, and retain Blood Program Leaders/Sponsor partnerships and maximize value from sponsor partnerships.
  • Provide sufficient organizational and operational support to sponsor contacts and maintain a high level of communication with all assigned Blood Program Leaders/Sponsors.
  • Schedule blood drives in a way that ensures productive use of resources and meets the needs of our sponsors.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure we are providing the best possible service to our sponsors.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
