Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Motel + Studio 6. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, addressing the needs and concerns of our guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain knowledge of hotel operations and activities to provide guests with accurate information and recommendations.
  • Take reservations and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build rapport with guests through friendly conversation and open-ended questions to identify their needs and preferences.
  • Describe the features and amenities of guest rooms, including room types, rates, and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and quality standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Qualifications
    • Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and best practices.
    • Proficient in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
    • Computer literacy and ability to operate hotel software and systems.
    • Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation, prioritizing guest satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Able to lift 30 pounds, with physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
