Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Aloft OSU. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling front office operations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and assist guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Office Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to changing situations and priorities.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think critically and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve common goals.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
