Job Summary

The Athletic Club of Columbus is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all who enter the club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member and Guest Relations: Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the club.
  • Communication and Coordination: Monitor incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person, assist in managing reservations for restaurants, rooms, and events, and coordinate incoming mail, packages, and shipments.
  • Problem-Solving and Assistance: Provide assistance and support to members and guests as needed, and help to manage the flow of communication within the club.
  • Qualifications and Requirements: Evening and weekend availability is required, with a preference for candidates with prior customer service experience. A personable and friendly demeanor, professional and courteous communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Salary and Schedule

$15/hour

FLSA Status: Part-Time

Shift Schedule - Nonfixed schedule, estimated 16 hours per week. Will include some weekends and evenings. Must be available on Sunday 6 AM - 2 PM, Tuesday 12 PM - 6 PM.
