Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist guests, manage room assignments, and handle guest transactions in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Barista Duties: Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages, maintain a clean and organized coffee shop, and provide excellent customer service to coffee shop patrons.
  • Revenue Management: Assist in maximizing revenue goals through up-selling and down-selling, and effectively coordinate daily arrivals and departures.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing situations and priorities, and to learn new skills and procedures.
