Compensation: Up to $150,000 with a 15% performance bonus - direct hire

Role Overview: This position plays a crucial role within the organization, serving as the Creative Director for one of Prosum's flagship brands. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company that is currently growing its workforce.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the VP of Integrated Media

About Prosum: A prominent and expanding agency specializing in legal marketing, Prosum is in search of a seasoned Performance Creative Director/Copywriter with a proven history of creating compelling content that generates leads for consumer-focused brands. This individual will be an integral part of the Integrated Marketing Department, leading creative strategy, development, and execution for in-house brands.

This role necessitates a thorough understanding of both Hispanic and General Market creative strategy, encompassing planning, execution, and assessment for multi-market and national campaigns, as well as paid media initiatives across traditional and digital/social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Development: Oversee the creation, management, and review of creative content for paid media in both English and Spanish.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Media Team to design creative testing strategies and analyze effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a freelance creative team, ensuring streamlined processes for optimal output.
  • Content Execution: Collaborate with in-house Producers and Editors to produce and finalize content, attending production meetings as necessary.
  • Brand Compliance: Ensure that all communications adhere to brand standards and legal requirements.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and integrate new practices into content creation and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strategic mindset with the capability to develop concepts that align with business objectives.
  • Experience in personalizing creative content across demographics and optimizing for lead generation.
  • Collaborative spirit with a focus on building relationships.
  • Expertise in various media environments, particularly platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Submission of creative samples along with the resume is encouraged.
