- Collaborate with the Media Team to develop creative testing strategies that yield actionable insights.
- Work alongside the Creative Strategist to propose innovative paid content that enhances lead generation efficiency.
- Manage a freelance creative team, optimizing workflows for maximum productivity.
- Coordinate with the in-house Organic Team to maintain consistent communication and branding across all platforms.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.
- Engage in scriptwriting and content creation, ensuring high-quality output.
- Supervise the execution of creative projects, collaborating with Producers and Editors to finalize content.
- Participate in production meetings and shoots to ensure alignment with creative vision.
- Research and implement new creative practices based on industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a creative environment.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset with the capability to develop creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
