Reporting Structure: Reports to the VP of Integrated Media

Company Overview: Prosum, a prominent and expanding legal marketing agency, is in search of a seasoned Performance Creative Director/Copywriter. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of crafting creative content that effectively generates leads for consumer-facing brands while leading a creative team. This individual will be integral to the Integrated Marketing Department, driving creative strategy, development, and production for in-house brands.

This role necessitates a thorough understanding of both Hispanic and General Market creative strategy, planning, execution, and assessment for multi-market and national campaigns, including traditional and digital/social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Concept Development & Scriptwriting
    • Lead, create, manage, and review creative outputs for paid traditional and digital/social media in both English and Spanish.
    • Collaborate with the Media Team to design creative testing strategies that yield insights on performance.
    • Work with the Creative Strategist to propose paid content experiments aimed at enhancing cost per lead.
    • Build and oversee a freelance creative team, optimizing processes for effective output.
    • Partner with the in-house Organic Team to ensure brand communication and standards are consistently upheld across all channels.
    • Encourage team collaboration to foster creativity.
  • Copywriting
    • Produce original content, adaptations, and translations.
  • Creative Execution Oversight
    • Collaborate with in-house Producers and Editors to create, produce, and finalize content.
    • Participate in shoots and production meetings.
    • Generate innovative ideas for testing.
  • Brand & Legal Compliance
    • Ensure brand communication and standards are consistently maintained across all channels.
    • Collaborate with legal teams to ensure advertising compliance.
  • Creative Innovation
    • Research and implement new practices and ideas based on the evolution of content creation and distribution.
    • Evaluate trends and assess new data to stay updated with the latest advertising techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years in a management role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages.
