Position Overview
This position is situated within the Marketing Technology Unit of our IT Department. The primary focus is to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions that foster trust and satisfaction with the Honda and Acura brands. We are in search of a seasoned Loyalty and Personalization Program Manager who has a profound understanding of MarTech standards and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- MarTech Knowledge and Solution Development:
Provide expert insights into MarTech solutions, particularly in loyalty and personalization initiatives. Identify and address gaps in existing systems and processes, recommending enhancements for improved efficiency. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately reflected in technical specifications.
- Collaborate with architects to design solutions that align with both business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Lead the selection and implementation of Customer Journey Orchestration tools, overseeing campaign requirements and integration strategies.
- Manage the migration of campaigns, ensuring comprehensive requirements are met across various teams.
- Utilize CRM systems to facilitate personalized communications and track customer interactions.
- Implement Personalization Engines to enhance customer experiences and engagement.
- Work with Customer Data Platform teams to consolidate customer data for targeted marketing efforts.
- Employ analytical tools to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies.
Technical Program Management
Assume technical leadership for loyalty and personalization initiatives, employing agile methodologies to ensure efficient program delivery. Establish key performance indicators to assess program effectiveness and report findings to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Delivery and Program Management.
- Proven track record in managing multiple projects and providing strategic oversight.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office Suite.
