Role Overview:

Within the People team, our objective is to cultivate relationships, programs, practices, and partnerships that empower our mission, leaders, and team members to excel at Ironclad.

As the Senior People Operations Manager, you will collaborate across the People team and other General & Administrative functions to ensure our systems and operational methodologies align with the needs of our stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include overseeing our People technology ecosystem and identifying data requirements and insights throughout the employee lifecycle. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Ironclad's foundational infrastructure as we embark on our next phase of growth, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work in partnership with the People team and IT to refine and improve our existing technology stack to facilitate ongoing growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop processes and documentation to support decision-making and tracking while adhering to established policies and procedures.
  • Engage in support channels while collaborating with other internal service teams to enhance the support framework and monitor essential support metrics.
  • Conduct analyses utilizing People data to generate insights that inform decision-making at both the organizational and departmental levels, collaborating with People Business Partners and People Programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence to provide necessary People data for broader team analyses and initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in compliance audits and filings, working in tandem with the broader People Operations team.
  • Monitor and report on team and departmental goals and deliverables, supporting metrics and progress updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with mid-market People technology solutions, such as BambooHR, Paylocity, Lattice, etc.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets to derive insights and support informed business decisions.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements in People-related areas, such as PII, compensation, and leaves of absence, with the ability to research and adapt to changes in the compliance landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and succinctly.
  • Proven experience collaborating across departments and teams on roadmap planning and execution; adept at identifying priorities, multitasking, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly to change.
  • 4-6 years of experience in the People Operations domain.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum salary for this role. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including individual qualifications, expected performance, and the location of the selected candidate.
