Role Overview:

As a Senior People Operations Manager, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure our operational systems and practices align with stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will include managing our People technology stack and providing data insights throughout the employee lifecycle, playing a crucial role in developing Ironclad's foundational infrastructure as we expand both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the People team and IT to enhance our existing technology stack, driving growth and operational efficiency.
  • Create processes and documentation that support decision-making and tracking, ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures.
  • Engage in Cladiator support channels, collaborating with internal service teams to improve support models and monitor key performance metrics.
  • Conduct analyses using People data to generate insights that inform decisions at both the organizational and departmental levels, in partnership with People Business Partners and People Programs.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence to provide essential People data for broader analyses and projects.
  • Lead and participate in compliance audits and filings, working closely with the broader People Operations team.
  • Monitor and report on team and departmental goals and deliverables, providing updates on metrics and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with mid-market People technology solutions, such as BambooHR, Paylocity, and Lattice.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and/or G-Sheets to derive insights and support informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in People-related areas, including PII, compensation, and leaves of absence, with the ability to stay updated on compliance changes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven experience in cross-departmental collaboration on roadmap planning and execution, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the People Operations field.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. This range represents the minimum and maximum salary for this role, with actual compensation dependent on various factors, including individual expertise and anticipated performance.
