Your Impact:

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies within the facility.
  • Provide essential data for the formulation of the annual business plan and budget for the facility.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Five to seven years of relevant experience in high-volume production.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple departments.
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to mentor and guide team members to achieve desired outcomes and productivity targets.
  • Familiarity with OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA, USDA, and EPA regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $99,130.00 per year
