Role Overview:

As a Senior People Operations Manager, you will collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure our operational systems align with stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will include managing our People technology stack and providing valuable insights throughout the employee lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in enhancing Ironclad's foundational infrastructure as we navigate our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the People team and IT to refine and improve our existing technology solutions to facilitate ongoing growth and operational efficiency.
  • Develop processes and documentation that support informed decision-making while adhering to established policies.
  • Engage in Cladiator support channels, collaborating with internal service teams to enhance support models and track essential metrics.
  • Conduct analyses using People data to derive insights that inform decision-making at both the organizational and departmental levels.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Business Intelligence to ensure People data supports broader analytical initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in compliance audits and filings, working in conjunction with the People Operations team.
  • Monitor and report on team and departmental goals, providing updates on metrics and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with mid-market People technology solutions, such as BambooHR, Paylocity, and Lattice.
  • A customer-centric approach with the ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel and/or G-Sheets for data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements in People-related areas, including PII and compensation, with the ability to adapt to changes in the compliance landscape.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proven experience in cross-departmental collaboration, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in People Operations.

Compensation:

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including individual qualifications and performance. This salary is part of Ironclad's competitive total rewards package, which includes equity awards, health benefits, and a commitment to professional development.
