Hospice Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our team on a per diem basis in Burlington. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our staff to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
Job Description:
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring the dignity and comfort of our patients at all times.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Certified as a Nurse Aide (CNA), with a minimum of one year of experience in a patient care setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel to patient locations as assigned.
