Job Description: As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their personal care and homemaker needs. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop personalized care plans that cater to each client's unique requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks according to client preferences
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
  • Document client progress and report any changes or concerns to supervisors

Requirements:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
  • 2-3 years of experience in the healthcare field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
