**About the Role:**

Cone Health is currently hiring a Clinical Care Assistant - Nursing Unit to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will provide essential support to our Registered Nurses and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide daily care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote their overall well-being.
  2. Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as directed by licensed healthcare professionals.
  3. Observe and report any changes in patient condition to the Registered Nurse, ensuring prompt attention to potential issues.
  4. Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, ensuring seamless transitions and optimizing bed utilization.
  5. Respond to patient call lights and requests for assistance, promoting a positive patient experience.
  6. Participate in routine cleaning and disinfection of equipment and work areas, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  7. Document patient information, including medication administration records and vital signs, to ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Compensation:**$40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
