Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Telecommunications Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Stellar Promotions Inc.

As a Telecommunications Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and consumers. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback, and will work closely with our management team to stay up-to-date on new telecommunications products, services, and sales promotions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Product Knowledge: Collaborate with management staff to stay updated on new telecommunications products, services, sales promotions, and policies.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide effective telecommunications solutions and support to ensure that no customer is left dissatisfied.
  • Confidentiality: Handle confidential customer sales account information with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Sales: Greet, qualify, recommend products/services, and close every sale.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest areas of improvement to management staff to increase consumer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Experience in customer service or sales.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task and focus in a fast-paced environment, positive attitude, and the ability to be patient while communicating with customers.
  • Teamwork: Team player who can work independently and as part of a team.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills that create positive relationships with fellow team members and in-person customers.
