About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Suncoast Credit Union. As a key member of our call center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, answering a high volume of telephone inquiries, and processing various account transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and efficient service to members via phone, email, and in-person
  • Process various account transactions, including withdrawals, loan payments, and transfers
  • Research and resolve member issues and problems
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry
  • Meet phone center and member service requirements established by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous work experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of credit union products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
