Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Support Engineer to join our team at Triumph Group Operations Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer with a passion for problem-solving and technical expertise to provide support to various areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and internal departments
  • Coordinate specific aircraft program technical support activities
  • Represent Triumph technically at airline and aircraft OEM as well as MRO customers
  • Review and disposition non-conforming material
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose field return units and conduct root cause investigations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical/aerospace degree
  • 5-10 years of mechanical and/or relevant experience in related field
  • Experience in design, development, manufacturing, and assembly, a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret design drawings with a good understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and fault isolation skillset (scientific method), particularly with fluid handling equipment
