Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers and ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer to daily technical issues and provide technical support to customers
  • Define and approve process routes necessary to meet product material and end-use property constraints
  • Maintain a technical interface with customers and provide technical direction for new products and inquiries
  • Investigate claims and document findings
  • Provide technical support to other areas of the organization
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Metallurgical Engineering or Materials Science
  • Advanced degree and/or one to three years of experience is a plus
  • Strong understanding of product and process knowledge
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships internally and externally

Work Environment

The work environment is an office and shop floor environment. The employee will have sufficient mobility and dexterity for shop floor observation and interactions.
