Product Introduction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced New Product Introduction Engineer to join our team at Quest Global. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the successful launch of new products and projects.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as the primary liaison on NPI for our customers and their suppliers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and others, to ensure the smooth implementation and distribution of new products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating with suppliers to define, develop, and launch new or improved products
- Assisting in the implementation and distribution of new products, including launch aspects and quality control
- Working with engineering and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Providing analytical leadership and project management expertise to all aspects of product analytics
- Assisting in directing and controlling processes in accordance with defined policies and procedures
Requirements include:
- Aerospace engineering experience
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate in English, written and verbally
- Willingness to support others and work in a team environment
- Project management and organizational skills
- Lean/Continuous Improvement process experience essential
