Job Summary:

As an IT Customer Service Support Specialist, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. You will perform IT requirements validation to provide mobile devices support, including activation, configuration, setup, issuing, troubleshooting, providing resolution, maintaining, and managing mobile devices inventory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for various versions of the Windows platform, internet browsers, and applications used in a high-paced business environment.
  • Offer superior customer service support and troubleshoot hardware, software, telephone, and video issues.
  • Deploy and test hardware and software, and use an enterprise ticketing system to manage technical issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and apply critical thought to problems, with a focus on VTC and Skype support.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, or training, or work experience.
  • 5+ years of related experience, with a strong background in technical support and customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting VTC issues, supporting VTC/Skype, and using an enterprise ticketing system.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
