Job Summary

Citigroup Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking division, you will be responsible for managing and retaining business relationships with clients across the San Francisco area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Conduct site visits, collect financial documents, and collaborate with the Credit Risk department to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Enhance the effectiveness and productivity of our bankers within the assigned market through partnership development and leadership engagement
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support for complex credit inquiries and financial solutions
  • Meet sales production and business scorecard metrics targets
  • Analyze market trends and integrate analytical skills to inform business decisions
  • Maintain knowledge of industry and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities
  • Ensure adherence to compliance norms and risk management principles
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of banking experience, preferably in Business Banking
  • Business and/or Commercial Credit training preferred
  • Exceptional consulting skills and ability to present information to advance sales transactions
  • Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to assimilate complex financial information
  • Registration as a mortgage loan originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry
Education

Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
