ROLE OVERVIEW

We are in search of a skilled and experienced ACBS Functional Consultant to join our Banking & Financial Services Consulting group. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) platform. This role involves close collaboration with clients to comprehend their business needs and translate them into effective solutions within the ACBS framework.

We seek Consulting Managers who can exemplify Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. As a Manager, Consulting (a Senior Manager level position), you will lead a team of consultants through client engagements, manage escalations, and oversee a workstream; maintain domain expertise; contribute significantly to the sales process through RPI development, client presentations, financial modeling, pricing strategies, and ensure flawless delivery; create service offerings and client training materials; and engage in PeopleCare initiatives, including recruitment and mentoring. In addition to fostering consulting excellence through the Five Pillars, specific requirements for this position are outlined below.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to commercial lending and loan servicing.
  • Support the configuration and customization of the ACBS platform to address the unique needs of clients.
  • Provide expertise in ACBS modules such as customer service, payments, credit administration, syndications, and collateral management.
  • Assist in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the integrity and functionality of ACBS implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ACBS functionality and integration with other systems.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices related to commercial lending and ACBS.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or PGDM preferred.

15+ years of experience in financial services and commercial lending.

Experience with ACBS implementation and upgrades.

Background in the banking industry, covering loan origination, servicing, and reporting.

Specialization in ACBS product consulting, business assessments, project management, service delivery, customer relations, process improvements, integration, automation solutions, and data management strategies.
