Key Responsibilities

As a Regional Director of Sales, your primary focus will be on driving sales growth with a team of Business Development associates and managing a regional portfolio of accounts.

Schedule and Work Environment

You can expect to spend 50-70% of your time traveling within your designated territory, working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Salary and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $145,000 and $160,000, plus a 25% target bonus paid out quarterly, contingent upon the region's performance.
