Job Overview

Ruhrpumpen, Inc. is looking for a highly skilled Regional Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnership development and effective channel management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in pumps and related products. You will be required to travel extensively throughout the region, building relationships with distributors and partners to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth through partnership development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors and partners.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the channel.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and business development.
  • Strong understanding of the distribution sales channel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Estimate: $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience.
