About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Manager – IONM to promote and sell our intraoperative neuromonitoring products across key regions.

This role involves coordinating sales activities with cross-functional teams, developing business plans, creating sales forecasts, and providing exceptional customer support.

  • Promote and sell intraoperative neuromonitoring products to key accounts in designated regions.
  • Collaborate with product line specialists, key account managers, and other sales teams to drive sales growth.
  • Develop territory business plans aligned with management goals and objectives.
  • Create accurate sales forecasts using CRM tools and administrative resources.
  • Provide in-service training and product installations to customers.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and courses related to IONM.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or a medical/scientific discipline.
  • Expert-level knowledge of IONM and certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience in medical devices or scientific research.
  • Excellent communication skills, including formal presentation abilities.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions.
  • Skilled problem solver with strong decision-making capabilities.
Working Conditions

This role requires:

  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy.
  • 75% travel within the defined region, which includes major airports like LAX.
  • Occasional work outside normal business hours may be required.
