Job DescriptionThe Regional Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Mil-Aero market. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and leading sales activities to meet/exceed new orders budget
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers to drive sales growth
- Identifying product opportunities to expand into new markets
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- Five years of prior RF/Microwave industry experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
