About the Role:
We require an individual with excellent communication and organizational skills to support our administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential. Experience working in an office environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining accurate records is also desirable.

Responsibilities:
This role involves supporting purchasing operations, processing orders, communicating with vendors, tracking inventory, managing purchase orders, and maintaining purchasing records. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating new vendor information, creating and following up on purchase orders, and assisting with various documents such as policies, work instructions, and reports. Effective communication with personnel, including customers, vendors, and coworkers, is crucial. The ability to represent the company professionally and warmly through conversations, correspondence, and personal interaction is also necessary. On-site HR responsibilities may also be involved, requiring the ability to maintain sensitive information.

Requirements:
A minimum of a High School diploma/GED is required; an Associate degree in a business-related field is preferred. Excellent computer skills and experience with ERP systems are also beneficial. Previous administrative experience is desirable, as well as adaptability to change and flexibility when priorities are shuffled. Detail-oriented individuals with exceptional organizational skills and a sense of urgency are encouraged to apply. The ability to multitask and complete special projects quickly is also necessary. Finally, the selected candidate must be able to handle confidential information.

Salary Range:
$50,000 to $65,000 per year, based on experience.
