Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Administrative Operations Manager to join our team in Pittsburgh. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting the daily operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Office Administration
    • Oversee daily office operations and ensure the smooth functioning of all administrative tasks
    • Coordinate scheduling and set up meetings for internal and external stakeholders
    • Manage vendor relationships and maintain office supplies
  • HR and Recruiting Support
    • Assist HR and recruiting teams with candidate interviews, client coordination, and onboarding activities
  • Project Management
    • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion
  • Executive Support
    • Provide administrative and personal support to two company principals, including correspondence, scheduling meetings, and personal errands

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years' experience supporting executives at a high level
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
