Salary: $15 - $20 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our administrative team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple tasks, and ensuring a smooth workflow in our dental office.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Manage appointment scheduling and insurance claims
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and families
- Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Dental office experience preferred but not required
