Advertising Account Executive

As an Advertising Account Executive at Comcast, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a portfolio of local and regional clients who purchase linear and digital video advertising services. You will work with clients to understand their advertising needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate and close advertising sales deals with clients
- Develop and present market research and advertising proposals to support client activities and products
- Assist in developing marketing activities to generate local ad sales revenue
- Interact with internal departments to carry out client requirements, such as scheduling advertising and monitoring account activities
- Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records and participate in the development of sales forecasts
- Complete assigned and self-paced learning to improve sales acumen and career growth
- Complete required documentation and reporting for the proper processing of contracts, advertising schedules, client reporting, sales calls, and expense reports
- 2-5 years of account management and sales experience, preferably in the media industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM and multiple process applications
