Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Terex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Provide product demonstrations, customer support, and training to customers and dealers.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and service, to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Recent college graduate or 0-2 years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Knowledge of technical fields, such as engineering, business, or marketing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a vast sales territory.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Knowledge of direct sales practices to construction contractors.
- Heavy mechanical ability or service background.
- Experience with equipment operation.
- Ability to read, write, and utilize mathematical skills.
This role requires frequent travel, up to 75% of the time, and involves constant sitting. The ability to lift 10 pounds occasionally and frequent lifting of 1-2 pounds is also required.
Language:This role requires proficiency in English.
