Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Terex, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of the heavy equipment industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in your assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and develop new sales strategies
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Terex remains competitive
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, engineering)
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the heavy equipment industry
Strong understanding of the heavy equipment industry and its trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
