Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Terex. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and sales targets * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders * Provide product demonstrations, customer support, and technical assistance as needed * Collaborate with our service and warranty teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services * Analyze customer equipment needs and job conditions to promote interest in our products * Anticipate customer needs and make suggestions to improve sales techniques * Execute sales of our manufactured products by developing estimate sheets and transforming them into formal quotes * Process required reports and photographs to facilitate used equipment trades or sales * Coordinate and assist in customer visits to the factory as necessary Requirements: * Recent college graduate or 0-2 years of experience in the marketing and sale of industrial equipment * Knowledge of a technical field, such as engineering, business, or marketing * Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage a vast sales territory * Ability to read, write, and utilize mathematical skills Physical Requirements: * Sedentary involves constant sitting * Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally, frequent lifting of 1-2 pounds Travel: * Must be able to travel up to 75% of the time
