Job Title: Solutions Center Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Solutions Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on their feet.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and more.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, with written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
