Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Interact with customers via various channels to provide support and information on products or services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Order Management: Receive and confirm orders, and maintain accurate entry of sales orders and customer information into the system.
  • Shipping and Logistics: Prepare shipping documents, finalize invoices, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Payment and Credit Management: Follow up on overdue payments, check purchase order conditions, customer credit limits, and payment due dates.
  • Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Communicate with internal teams, including planning and other departments, to ensure seamless execution of customer requests.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-4 years of proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Cultural Competence: Comfortable working in an intercultural environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required.
