Salary and Benefits Administrator

Hueman PE Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Salary and Benefits Administrator to manage all aspects of compensation and benefits administration. This role involves ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing, maintaining detailed records, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain comprehensive salary structures, including bonus and incentive plans.
- Analyze and report on compensation data to inform business decisions.
- Evaluate and implement benefits packages to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring timely completion of necessary paperwork.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS/payroll software (e.g., Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000.00 Annually to $70,000.00 Annually
Certification: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred but not required.
