Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits and Compensation Specialist to join our team at Invited, the largest owner and operator of private clubs nationwide. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the administration of all Health and Welfare and Retirement Programs, including health, dental, vision, STD, Life, spending accounts, and 401(k). You will also manage the Paid Time Off program and serve as a liaison with outsourced vendor partners.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of progressive Human Resources experience with an emphasis in benefits administration, prior experience working with a third-party outsourced benefits administration vendor, and extensive knowledge of Federal, state and local laws as they relate to benefit administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel knowledge, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. Responsibilities
  • Understand all aspects of US benefit plans to provide superior customer service and create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Identify and plan for technology needs to support benefit initiatives with the HRIS team, including vendor integrations, file feeds, and automating manual processes.
  • Participate in the annual enrollment process, including system testing, communications, and partnering with outside vendors.
  • Complete annual benefit processes, such as ACA compliance notices, annual retirement plan audits, and updating communication materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships and serve as the point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Perform routine and periodic benefit plan audits, collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data using Excel, ADP, and other benefits systems.
  • Work with vendors to update and maintain the Invited Benefits website.
  • Responsible for all aspects of invoice processing, including weekly medical claims and providing monthly reporting to the Finance Team.
  • Partner with the payroll department to ensure proper benefits deductions or payments are made on a timely basis.
Requirements
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Minimum of three years of progressive Human Resources experience with an emphasis in benefits administration.
  • Prior experience working with a third-party outsourced benefits administration vendor.
  • Extensive knowledge of Federal, state and local laws as they relate to benefit administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, multiple deadlines, and competing demands.
  • Ability to think creatively and take various perspectives when considering a topic.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance/Accounting, or related field.
  • Prior experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and/or ADP Enterprise.
