**Job Overview**

CAPPS, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Operations Coordinator to join our team.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects and deadlines.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with general office work, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
  • Serve as a liaison to staff, government agencies, community organizations, or the general public to explain program specifics and requirements.
  • Assist with scheduling and registration for training courses and conferences.
  • Perform administrative duties such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
  • Maintain training records and calendars.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff and customers.
  • Proctor examinations and prepare materials for instruction or testing.
  • Prepare reports and create correspondence, letters, and memoranda.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a general office/secretarial environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Notary Public certification desired.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
