Administrative Assistant and Operations Coordinator

**Job Overview**
CAPPS, Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant and Operations Coordinator to join our team.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects and deadlines.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with general office work, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and greeting visitors.
- Serve as a liaison to staff, government agencies, community organizations, or the general public to explain program specifics and requirements.
- Assist with scheduling and registration for training courses and conferences.
- Perform administrative duties such as ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Maintain training records and calendars.
- Provide technical assistance to staff and customers.
- Proctor examinations and prepare materials for instruction or testing.
- Prepare reports and create correspondence, letters, and memoranda.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a general office/secretarial environment.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Notary Public certification desired.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
