The Administrative Assistant I role is a key part of our team, providing administrative and secretarial support to assigned areas. This includes maintaining files, assisting with phones, acting as a liaison with other departments, and coordinating services.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintaining files for assigned areas and overseeing other clerical work as needed
- Assisting with phones for the department and acting as a liaison with other departments
- Providing support to other job sites and voucher invoices as necessary
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel
- Coordinating services such as maintenance, repairs, supplies, etc. for assigned areas
- Reviewing, composing, and answering correspondence and distributing mail accordingly
To succeed in this role, you should have construction experience, good communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work well under pressure. A high school graduate or equivalent education and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
