Position Summary:
The Regulatory Compliance Analyst will be instrumental in ensuring compliance throughout the organization. This role involves supporting customer audits and adhering to relevant legislation and pharmaceutical industry standards. Furthermore, the Analyst will provide essential guidance and training related to the development of documentation and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee critical functions of the compliance program.
- Conduct intake and monitoring for significant departmental activities.
- Facilitate communications to reinforce compliance and vendor management processes.
- Execute compliance reviews and establish/monitor corrective action plans as needed.
- Analyze deviation reports and CAPA management activities, ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
- Evaluate the company's products and services to ensure compliance with federal and local regulations.
- Assist with client audits and support the creation and implementation of corrective actions to maintain compliance with customer specifications.
- Coordinate Governance, Risk & Compliance meetings and document meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to initiate changes based on new or updated legislation, systems, or procedures.
- Maintain awareness of the business context and company profitability, including budgetary considerations.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is strongly preferred, though proven work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- A minimum of three years of compliance-related experience is required, or at the discretion of management.
- Experience in a regulated organization is essential (pharmaceutical experience preferred).
- Background in consulting, corporate compliance, legislative review, or project management is advantageous.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector is preferred.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding customer service and relationship-building skills.
