Key Responsibilities
- Handle a significant volume of incoming inquiries.
- Process sales orders efficiently.
- Assess and understand clients' needs.
- Cultivate relationships with client accounts through transparent and engaging communication.
- Address client concerns and deliver suitable resolutions.
- Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience in customer support.
- Strong active listening abilities with a friendly phone demeanor.
- Proficient in database management, typing, and Office 365 applications.
- Capability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
