This role involves closely collaborating with clients to navigate a comprehensive four-phase recovery framework that integrates both clinical and spiritual dimensions. • Assist clients in making decisions that are in their best eternal interest.
  • Practice responsible stewardship of all resources.
  • Exemplify personal responsibility, accountability, punctual reporting, and a reflective lifestyle.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Formal and experiential training in substance abuse recovery and mental health is essential.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experience is acceptable.
  • Familiarity with HMIS is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Light of Life Ministries Inc provides a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and other valuable benefits, which commence the first of the month following employment. Additionally, a retirement plan with a matching program is available after six months of employment.
